The cuisine is contemporary and incorporates exotic tastes from destinations all over the world.  The hotel has its own herb garden allowing the use of the freshest herbs to allow the true flavours and textures to be enjoyed.

A scrumptuous breakfast buffet is served from 06h00 - 11h00 followed by an A la Carte lunch and Dinner menu. An excellent wine list accompanies the menu with recommendations of the best wines to be paired with your meal.
