Located on the ground floor of the Sandton Sun, this independently owned restaurant focuses on traditional Portuguese cuisine. The finest seafood is always on offer at Vilamoura. Open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.

Chefs’ Table
The Sandton Sun has become renowned for its Chef’s Tables. They take place in the “Heat of the Kitchen” and are hosted by our Executive Chefs Klaus Beckmann and James Khosa, along with our Sommelier who takes the guest’s on a journey of fine wines. The Chef’s Table can take between 12 and 16 people and is a unique way of entertaining. You can discuss your dining options with one of our Banqueting Ambassador’s.

Kosher
The Sandton Sun is able to cater for kosher guests and kosher functions. The hotel boasts its own kosher kitchen that adheres strictly to the regulations of the Beth Din. We use the services of specialist kosher caterers for all of our events.
