Competition Terms & Conditions

Each booking on the offer is automatically entered into the prize draw; one entry per booking
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Winner will be chosen by random draw and contacted directly by Southern Sun
Southern Sun reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion without notice
Guests must check in and complete the qualifying stay
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at booking within 24 hours of the draw If the winner cannot be reached or fails to accept the prize within 72 hours an alternate winner will be selected
The prize is a 5-night stay voucher at Paradise Sun, including flights, valid for 12 months from issue date subject to availability
By entering participants consent to reasonable publicity including photos or video during prize redemption without compensation
Employees of Southern Sun and Heineken and associated agencies are not eligible to enter
Cancellations or no-shows forfeit both the promotional rate and the competition entry no refund will be given
Neither Southern Sun nor Heineken shall be liable for any loss injury or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize except where such liability cannot be excluded by law
