- 26 - 28 September 2025 in participating Durban hotels; stay must include the night of 27 September 2025
A full, non-refundable pre-payment is required at time of booking
Rates are quoted per room per night and include breakfast for up to two adults
Rates are valid for specific hotels room types and dates and are subject to availability
Rates are nett and non-commissionable
All rates are quoted in South African Rand include VAT and exclude Tourism Levy at 1%

Competition Terms & Conditions

Competition entries close one day before each match
Every booking on the offer is automatically entered into the prize draw one entry per booking
Guests must check in and complete the qualifying stay including the applicable match-day night cancellations no-shows or early departures void the entry
One winner will be selected via random draw five days after each match
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at booking within 24 hours of the draw If the winner cannot be reached or fails to accept the prize within 72 hours an alternate winner will be selected
The prize is a 2-night stay voucher for any Southern Sun hotel in South Africa valid for 6 months from issue date subject to availability
By entering participants consent to reasonable publicity including photos or video during prize redemption without compensation
Employees of Southern Sun SA Rugby and associated agencies are not eligible to enter
Cancellations or no-shows forfeit both the promotional rate and the competition entry no refund will be given
Neither Southern Sun nor SA Rugby shall be liable for any loss injury or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize except where such liability cannot be excluded by law
