Hospitality Property Fund Limited (“Hospitality”), which was listed in 2006 on the JSE as a Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), was acquired by Southern Sun in 2020.

Hospitality was subsequently delisted from the JSE as an equity issuer and ceased to trade as a REIT.  Hospitality, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Southern Sun, finally delisted its corporate bonds from the JSE on 1 December 2022.
