Six versatile venues designed for all types of Abu Dhabi events, conferences and meetings. From private boardroom meetings to spacious team training sessions or evening elegance on the rooftop terrace, there’s room for 12-120 in some of the city’s best equipped small to mid-scale event spaces. 

Expect nothing less than modern audio and video technology, concept-to-completion support from our in-house events team, customizable packages, inclusive on-site secure parking and WiFi connectivity in a location that’s hard to beat. 

The smallest meetings, whether a full-day catered conference or a last-minute briefing can be hosted in the natural light filled boardrooms. Adjoining our in-house business centre with its workstations, PCs, lounge space and secretarial support, these three boardroom spaces are in the perfect location. Each boardroom features sound-deadening and blackout curtains with space for up to 12 around a boardroom table or other seating configuration. There’s projection equipment included as standard, with the option of extras if needed. 

Host mid-scale to larger meetings in any of the hotels three meeting rooms. Meeting room One and Two is a connectable space that can be divided to create our largest room (132m2) that’s perfect for team meetings. Each room has individually controlled audio equipment, climate control and lighting as well as drop down projection screens. Alternatively, opt for the 77m2 Meeting Room Three for a space with natural light that’s a blank canvas for all types of events with various seating configuration options and optional AV and décor add-ons. 

The Foundry is a favourite for celebratory dining or team incentives at the famous Brunch, while the rooftop poolside terrace can be hired as a beautiful moonlit space for evening events that make the most of the warm Abu Dhabi nights. Catering is brought to life by the hotel’s restaurant team; whether you prefer canapés and cocktails or al fresco dining with live cooking stations.
